I just had a very unusual, atypical thing happen. A customer service representative by the name of Jay called from OneCall, the company I ordered my Pioneer home theater system from, simply to find out if I got the complete order or if anything was missing.
Given the discounted price I got the system for, the last thing I expected was better customer follow-up than I had ever received. Not just with on-line purchaces, but with any purchase.
